• Uploaded files: Invoice documents and payment proofs you upload through the system are stored securely.
• Activity logs: All create, update, and delete actions are recorded for audit purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to:

• Provide and operate the Quantix platform for your company.
• Authenticate your identity and enforce role-based access controls.
• Send important system notifications (e.g., low stock alerts, approval requests).
• Improve and maintain the platform based on usage patterns.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored on secured servers. Uploaded files (invoice documents, payment proofs) are stored privately and are only accessible through authenticated, time-limited download links — they are never publicly exposed.

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS) for all data in transit. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are never stored in plain text.

4. Multi-Tenancy & Data Isolation

Quantix is a multi-tenant platform. Each company's data is strictly isolated — users can only access data belonging to their own company. Super admins of the Quantix platform can manage company accounts but do not access operational data (inventory, invoices, projects) of individual companies.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, your data will be soft-deleted and permanently purged within 30 days.

Audit logs may be retained for a longer period to satisfy legal and compliance requirements.

6. Cookies

Quantix uses session cookies for authentication. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Export your data in a portable format.
