1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Quantix, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to bind your company to these terms, and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Description of Service

Quantix provides a cloud-based platform for inventory management, purchase order tracking, supplier invoice management, and project progress monitoring. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at info@quantixapps.com if you suspect unauthorized access. Each user account is personal and must not be shared.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other companies' data.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the platform.
• Use automated bots or scripts to scrape or overload the platform.

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you input into Quantix — inventory records, purchase orders, invoices, projects, and uploaded files. We do not claim any rights to your data. You can export or request deletion of your data at any time.

6. File Uploads

Files uploaded to Quantix (invoice documents, payment proofs) must not contain illegal, copyrighted, or harmful content. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms. Maximum file size is 20 MB per upload. Accepted formats are PDF, JPG, PNG, and WEBP.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that causes temporary downtime. We will provide advance notice for planned maintenance where possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quantix and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data or business interruption.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal proceedings.
